- Startup and Initial Login
Import the plugin into the pool.
Start the lock plugin by clicking the SedatLockSystem button located in the plugin pool.
When the [Kurulum] Sifre (Setup Password) command line prompt appears, enter the system’s default installation password, 1234, to proceed.
- Main Password Configuration
When the window 1. Sifrenizi belirleyin (Ana Sifre): (Set your 1st Password – Main Password) appears on the screen, enter the primary password you will use regularly to lock and unlock the console.
Immediately following that, at the Ana Sifreyi TEYIT edin: (CONFIRM Main Password) prompt, enter the password you just set once more to complete the verification.
- Backup Password Configuration
To ensure you can access the system in case the main password is forgotten or lost, enter an alternative security password at the 2. Sifrenizi belirleyin (Yedek Sifre): (Set your 2nd Password – Backup Password) prompt.
To prevent any typos, confirm your backup password by entering it a second time at the Yedek Sifreyi TEYIT edin: (CONFIRM Backup Password) prompt.
- Creating a USB Hardware Key
To allow the system to be unlocked not only with a password but also with a physical hardware key, insert a USB drive into the system that has had a GrandMa2 Show saved to it at least once. When the prompt USB Anahtar yapilsin mi? (e/h) (Create USB Key? (y/n)) appears, type e (for yes) on your keyboard to confirm.
Once the lock file is created, you will see a success message saying Basarili: Anahtar USB bellege kaydedildi! (Success: Key saved to USB drive!) along with the USB drive letter (e.g., Surucu: F:). Press Ok to close the window.
- Auto-Start (Execute On Load)
The plugin will automatically set itself to auto-start mode. This ensures that security is automatically activated every time the console is restarted or a show file is loaded. - Lock Status and System Control
Once all steps are completed, automatic assignments will be applied to all executor/fader pages. Your fader banks will be locked to prevent any external interference, and the background color of all your faders will turn red.
After the correct password is entered, your page will immediately revert to its original, normal state.
As long as your USB key is plugged into the system, the plugin will not activate and will not prompt you for a password.
When the USB key is not plugged in and the password screen is active, the system is designed to protect your privacy: simply inserting the USB drive allows you to bypass the lock with any random keystroke, preventing anyone watching from learning your actual password.
