Allows controlling encoders via MIDI by emulating touching the encoders on the screen.
Does NOT require any 3rd party application.

MIDI CONTROLLER MUST HAVE INFINITE ROTATING ENCODERS

• Supported MIDI Modes: Standard Relative modes 1 2 & 3, Custom Relative mode, Absolute mode.
• Acceleration: Implements acceleration for Custom and Absolute modes.
