Find and Replace – Sequence Commands

Description

A fast and efficient way to batch edit cue commands across one or many sequences.

Type in what to Find and what to Replace.

Ignore (Prefix/Postfix filter)
The Ignore field lets you protect values from being replaced when they are part of an allowed “context”. Space sensitive!

Ignore Col1 will ignore Col1 only (it will still replace in Col 1),

You can enter multiple ignore rules separated by commas or semicolons:

Col1, 1Col

In Sequence(s) you can:

Leave empty to use the selected Sequence,

Enter a single Sequence by number or name,

Enter * or thru to target all Sequences in the current DataPool,

Enter a range, e.g. 1 Thru 20,

And also use selection operators like + and – (examples: 1 Thru 20 + 25 – 7),

Use wildcard names with * (example: color seq *).

Handle safety
The plugin will not change internal handles inside command text, including:

#[ … ] handle bubbles

#<hex> handle strings (example: #2bc000FFE)

Compatibility and notes

• Developed & tested on grandMA3 v2.3.2.0.
  
• Intended for grandMA3 consoles and onPC, v2.2+.
  
• Prints a full change report so you can verify what was changed.
  
• As with all show-critical tools: always back up your showfile before doing major changes.
